Jim Gissler

Jim Gissler is a founding partner of Bridge Realty Partners, a full service real estate brokerage and advisory firm founded in 2002. Gissler is also a partner in the affiliate St. Ives Realty, a real estate development and investment firm founded in 1994.
Prior to Bridge, Gissler was recruited by FDIC in 1991 during the banking and savings and loan crisis to oversee a real estate portfolio. He was responsible for management, leasing and sales of properties exceeding $300 million in value until completion in 1994. He began his career in 1975 with Henry S. Miller company handling property management and commercial brokerage before joining Dawn Development in 1983 as a Texas development partner.
Gissler is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA degree in Finance, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), member of IREM and ICSC.
Brian W. Heitman

Brian Heitman has been integral in several large real estate transactions. Some full floor deals in office and several industrial/warehouse leases representing the tenant. He has an extensive knowledge of residential transactions because of his personal residential portfolio as the President of RBT American Realty LLC. He is a member of NTCAR, NAR, and TAR.
Prior to joining Bridge Realty, Brian worked as a principal of CIO Realty in Dallas, TX. Brian has worked in commercial real estate for over 20 years and brings extensive expertise in commercial finance to benefit his clients. Since 2004, he has personally owned and managed a sizable residential portfolio in the greater Dallas area. His experience includes working as an assistant controller at TGS American Realty REIT, a controller at St. Ives Realty and America’s Resource and Technology. Brian has a strong accounting and entity structure knowledge along with a deep understanding of entity tax issues.
Brian graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and holds a graduate degree in Effective Business Management from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. Brian currently lives in Dallas, TX and his hobbies include golf, restoring Mercedes Benz automobiles, and he is an active member in the Mercedes Benz Club of America.

Jim Brown has 13 years of Real Estate experience and is an accomplished business professional with significant experience in managing military and government operations. He has expert knowledge in business administration with detail-orientation to achieve the financial goals set forth to support company growth. He has directly overseen the operations and management of over 300,000 square feet of office, 100+ retail shopping centers for clients, and over 250 properties for the FDIC throughout the United States. These management duties include all tenant relations, property operations, vendor engagement, development coordination with contractors and acquisition/disposition of assets. He excels in team coaching, motivation, and organizational skills, all of which maximizes his performance as a member of the Bridge Realty team.
Jim served honorably and is veteran of the United States Army with 12 years of service. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has a minor in Human Resource Management from American Intercontinental University. His hobbies include golf and bowling. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
Bryce Gissler

Bryce Gissler brings more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience to his current role at Bridge Realty Partners. Bryce has held positions spanning the entire spectrum of roles throughout the commercial real estate sector, including finance, development, leasing, accounting, management, and brokerage. Bryce’s career includes extensive experience in both the Institutional and Private company levels within the industry, providing him a rare and unique perspective when analyzing potential commercial real estate opportunities. Upon graduating from The Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, Bryce was hired by Goldman Sachs as a CMBS Loan Analyst and Underwriter. Following his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Bryce accepted the position of Relationship Manager at G.E. Capital in their Structured Finance division, markedly enhancing his transactional experience and deal structure creativity.
Bryce’s additional Institutional experience occurred as an Investment Manager at Behringer Harvard, a Dallas based REIT, where he was responsible for proficiently managing a portfolio of properties across all asset classes, both domestically and internationally. Bryce’s most notable Private company experience occurred while at St. Ives Realty, Inc., a Dallas based retail developer. Over a twelve-year span at St. Ives Realty, Inc., Bryce developed, leased, and sold approximately 65 Walmart peripheral strip centers totaling nearly one million square feet throughout the southern U.S. Additionally, Bryce spent roughly five years with the highly reputable brokerage firms of the Vitorino Group (a division of Marcus and Millichap) and STRIVE, during which time he brokered the sale of approximately $85 million in properties throughout Texas and its surrounding states.
Troy Bathman

Troy Bathman has over 37+ years in the Real Estate Industry. Since 1987 he has managed the St. Ives Realty Group of Companies/partnerships and Bridge Realty Partners, as President, which consists of developing, leasing, management, and brokerage of approximately $800 million in assets. Prior to founding St. Ives Realty, Mr. Bathman was Vice President of Exxor Corporation, directing and coordinating acquisition, management, leasing, and disposition to all types of Commercial Real Estate from 1983 to 1995. He has knowledge and experience in most U.S. markets with a concentration in the Southwest region of the United States. Mr. Bathman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
